Aviva Luden is a certified life coach specializing in transition and stress management. She received her CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) designation through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). This certification is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is the most rigorous and respected in the industry. Aviva is currently training to become a certified Somatic Experience® (SE) practitioner - a body-awareness approach to stress and trauma being taught throughout the world. Through her work, she helps local and international clients create a purposeful, rewarding, and effective life. She is an avid yoga practitioner and loves to swim and write.
